The People Practice

Specialist support for workplaces navigating complex behaviour

Why FRST created The People Practice

We’ve seen the impact that unresolved behaviour can have, not just in homes and communities, but in the places people work every day.

The People Practice was established to bring FRST’s proven, trauma-informed approach into businesses, government agencies, and organisations that want to create safer, more respectful workplaces.
